Maybe the greatest factor to a poorly performing computer is malware.
Step 1. Update the definitions of your anti virus and operate a full scan of your hard disk in Safe Mode. Resolve any unfixable problems. Note that some infections require extra steps until they may be removed; usually a web search will locate specific directions or a special removal tool. If you can’t find a solution, use the Bc forums to obtain support.
Step 2. You’ve recently downloaded an application, and if the sluggishness is surprising, the problem might reside there. Check this by entirely eliminating it. A sensible user will normally perform a web search about the program before downloading it because in most cases, any potential difficulty with malware or inferior performance will have surfaced.
Stage 3. Adware and Spyware can radically effect your computer’s functionality, and these are throughout the Net. A very recent research showed that one out of every 20 executable files on Websites is spyware, and 1 in 25 domains feature at least one piece of spyware waiting for victims.
Experienced customers will regularly run two or three of these programs, because each business has its own criteria for what constitutes spyware and will simply search against their own set. (A record of really good, free anti-spyware programs is given by BC). Again, resolve any open issues before proceeding to the next step.

Stage 4. Review apps that self-start on startup. You pc may become a battleground for your attention. Many programs, for instance, install a quick-start feature which enables them to be exposed quickly; other programs will contain an automated update feature that demands them to be operating in the background. Each of these slows down your introduction Windows and each needs a small bit of resources while your personal computer is running.
If you’re uncertain about what can be safely deleted, remember that Bc maintains a very complete Startup Database that includes info about whether the item is needed, discretionary, or not needed.
At the same time, remember that those symbols on your Background also take a modest amount of boot time to set themselves.

Stage 5. Clean-up your hard drive (preparation for Action 7). Delete unused programs and transfer old files into a CD. Unplayed games, lots of family pictures, zipped files that you have previously opened, applications you haven’t found in two years, software for the old printer you put away last year—these are some types of files you can delete.
(Note for high level users: some specialists would contain the additional care step of cleaning the Windows registry, and you’ll find plenty of programs to assist do that. For the most part, so this measure is not contained, you can do severe harm by creating registry modifications, registry maintenance won’t make a critical difference, and unless you’re really comfortable with Windows, and carefully make copies of-the registry
Stage 6. Run scandisk / checkdisk in Safe Mode. Have it repair Solve Ftp 150.
Step 7. Defragment your pc.
Hopefully, now that you have have concluded, you’ll find a marked improvement in computer performance.
