Perhaps the greatest factor to a poorly performing computer is malware. Usually this is related to downloading an application that includes spyware, by not having browser security settings large enough, by carelessly downloading P2P files, or by failing to install security patches regularly.
Step 1. Revise the explanations of your antivirus and operate a full scan of your hard disk in Safe Mode. Resolve any unfixable issues. Note that some viruses require extra measures until they may be removed; normally a websearch will locate specific directions or a particular removal tool. If you fail to find a solution, use the BC forums to obtain help.
Step 2. You have recently saved an application, and if the slowness is unanticipated, the issue might reside there. Test this by completely removing it. A user will usually perform a websearch about the application before getting because in most instances, any possible issue with malware or poor performance will have surfaced.

Lack of Maintenance
Stage 5. Cleanup your hard drive (preparation for Step 7). Delete unused programs and exchange old files to a CD. For the most part, so this measure isn’t included, you may do serious damage by creating registry changes, registry maintenance won’t make a major difference, and unless you are very comfy with Windows, and carefully make backups of the registry
Step 6. Run scandisk / checkdisk in Safe Mode. Have it fix Memory Check Error.
Action 7. Defragment your pc.
