Perhaps the greatest contributor to a badly performing computer is malware. Generally this is related to downloading a software that contains spyware, by not having browser security settings high enough, by carelessly downloading P2P files, or by failing to install security areas in a timely manner.
Action 1. Update the definitions of your anti virus and run a full scan of your hard disk in Safe Mode. Solve any unfixable problems. Note that some viruses need additional steps before they could be removed; typically a web search will locate specific instructions or a particular removal tool. If you can’t find a answer, use the Bc forums to request support.
2. You have recently downloaded an application, and if the slowness is unanticipated, the problem may dwell there. Test this by fully removing it. A user will generally perform a websearch about the program before getting because in most cases, any possible difficulty with malware or poor performance will have surfaced.

Revise the explanations of your antispyware applications and scan your hard drives in Safe Mode. Step 6. Run scandisk / checkdisk in Safe Mode. Have it repair Installshield 6003 Error Windows 7.
Action 7. Defragment your personal computer.
