Malware
Maybe the most important factor to a badly performing computer is malware.
Step 1. Revise the definitions of your antivirus and run a complete scan of your hard drive in Safe Mode. Solve any unfixable issues. Notice that some infections require additional measures before they may be removed; typically a web search will find specific directions or a particular removal tool. If you can’t find a answer, use the Bc forums to request help.
Step Two. If the sluggishness is abrupt, and you’ve recently saved an application, the issue may reside there. Check this by totally eliminating it. A smart user will usually perform a websearch about the program before downloading it because in most cases, any possible issue with malware or poor performance will have appeared.

For the most part, so this measure isn’t included, you can do serious harm by creating registry changes, registry care will not make a significant difference, and unless you’re quite comfy with Windows, and carefully make copies of the registry
