Because many readers come up with their computer reacting slowly, I am posting a summary record of basic steps you can take to resolve the Windows Error 1411problem, and briefly discussing the three most common causes : malware, uncontrolled applications, and insufficient care.
Malware
Perhaps the most important contributor to a badly performing computer is malware.
Stage 1. Update the definitions of your anti virus and run a full scan of your hard disk in Safe Mode. Solve any unfixable issues. Notice that some viruses need additional steps until they could be removed; usually a web search will locate specific directions or a particular removal tool. Use the Bc forums to obtain support, if you cannot find a solution.
2. If the sluggishness is unanticipated, and you have recently saved an application, the issue may reside there. Test this by entirely removing it. A wise user will typically perform a websearch about the application before installing because in most instances, any possible difficulty with malware or poor performance will have surfaced.
Step three. Adware and Spyware can drastically impact your computer’s functionality, and these are around the Internet.
Revise the definitions of your anti-spyware programs and check your hard drives in Safe Mode. Then use Window’s Disk Cleanup to remove temporary internet files, temporary PC health files, etc.
(Note for sophisticated users: some experts would include the added maintenance step of cleaning up the Windows registry, and there are several apps to assist try this. For the most part, so this measure isn’t contained, you can do significant harm by making registry modifications, registry care will not make a vital difference, and unless you are quite comfy with Windows, and carefully make copies of the registry
Step 6. Run scandisk / checkdisk in Safe Mode. Have it repair Windows Error 1411.
Action 7. Defragment your computer.
