Possibly the most important contributor to a poorly performing computer is malware.
Action 1. Revise the explanations of your anti virus and operate a full scan of your hard disk drive in Safe Mode. Resolve any unfixable issues. A user will typically perform a web search about the program before downloading it because in most cases, any potential difficulty with malware or poor performance will have surfaced.
